Absolutely loved this place! We ordered the Eggs Benedict and honestly, everything was spot on. The bacon was perfectly crispy, the toast was just right — not too hard or burnt — and the poached eggs were incredible, with beautifully creamy, runny yolks. I added a hash brown and some sautéed mushrooms, and both were absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, the prices were very reasonable, and the whole meal was really well put together. The coffee was also fantastic! They have plenty of milk options, which is great if you have a preference. I had mine with oat milk and it was delicious. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was really comfortable and welcoming. We happened to visit on a rainy day, but even though the seating is outdoors, they’re very well set up to keep you comfortable when the weather turns. And a big bonus for dog lovers: they’re pet friendly! Definitely a place I’d come back to again and again. Highly recommend if you’re around Kingscliff! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Staff were super friendly and accomadating with finding suitable options. Nice place to stop. Only feedback would be to have all the gluten free cakes at the top of the fridge and gluten at the bottom so there not cross contaminated. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We come from Brisbane to dine at Mockingbird Cafe it's that good. The menu is outstanding. They cater for Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian with plenty of options. The staff are always delightful and the dining area is spacious, calm and relaxing. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–40 Vegetarian options: Many options. You won't be disappointed.
