I have just experienced an issue with Mod Pizza that is unacceptable when it comes to using technological solutions in business. I would suggest that the company test, and utilize tried and true technological solutions, take accountability of risks associated when using these tools, and essentially do what they can to rectify the situations that happen due to technological mishaps. (This should be in a SOP for your staff, I also do this for a living, so I could help you do this if you need me to) Anyway, I received an item in my order that I deleted and for some reason the system defaulted to include it and remove an additional item I added. And when calling the store, was told there was nothing they could do because it was a tech issue on my side. How can that be when I am using your system you've implemented into your processes? Anyhow, instead of reordering the pizza, I will be ordering Wing Stop. Thanks :). Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $10–20
