My best friend and I visited your restaurant last night for only the second time, and we had another wonderful experience. We were greeted by Alex, who served us during our first visit. I remembered him straight away as he is incredibly charming, accommodating, and welcomed us with the biggest smile. Alex is an absolute credit to your team. He was attentive, personal, and made us laugh throughout the night. We even had fun trying to practice our Italian words with him, which he took in such great humor! His exceptional service made our evening feel incredibly wholesome and welcoming. The food was incredible, all the staff were so busy and looked so happy in their work, but it was Alex’s hospitality that truly made our night. We look forward to visiting again as we've never experienced such professional service and I would definitely recommend Moda for any occasion - such a cosy, warm atmosphere and my new favourite place to eat out.
