Tonight we celebrated the life and death of one noble yellow fin tuna. Never have I experienced a tuna’s life being celebrated with such artistry. The chefs at Modan kitchen moved our souls with their tuna poke and wonton nachos. If you eat fish at all, do yourself a favor and go to church tonight at Modan kitchen. Price per person: $20–40
