This restaurant has a unique twist on classic dishes. It was on my list for a long time, and I am super happy that I came! Food was absolutely delicious and service was great. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $60–70

Stopped by Model Milk on a weekday afternoon a couple weeks ago and ended up staying way longer than planned just shooting the light coming through those big windows onto the concrete floors. The soft scramble with the maple butter was honestly the best thing I ate that whole trip, and I still think about it. Staff didn't blink when I was fussing with my camera between bites, even offered to grab me a different table when the sun got too harsh for photos. Parking on 8th ave nearby was easy enough on a weekday, and the whole spot has this bright, easy atmosphere that photographs as good as it tastes.
