Absolutely loved this KBBQ spot—everything was top quality from start to finish. The pork skin was the standout, perfectly grilled with a crispy texture and rich flavor. The meat selection was fresh and well-marinated, making every bite satisfying. Service was attentive and the atmosphere had a great, lively vibe. Modol, a restaurant I always stop by every time I come to Sindorim! In particular, the new gochujang pork belly captivated my appetite as the sweet and spicy seasoning blended perfectly with the meat. I also like the fact that it comes baked so you can eat it comfortably. It was a generous meal with a variety of sauces, so I was very satisfied with the meal.
