Went in on international burrito day for the BOGO special to get myself a burrito and my wife a bowl. I walked into the location and they had a line of easily 20 people that took over 30 minutes to get through in a building who's AC has been broken for 2 weeks according to staff only to get to the front of the line and then to be told that there was no rice and they wouldn't be able to serve me. Tried to go back in a few days later to take advantage of the BOGO deal that they were unequipped to honor and was refused. Terrible experience, will never go back again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is my third time ordering from this place and they didn’t get my food order right again. Everything I want in my food is listed and yet they still can’t follow the simplest of instructions.
