Damn I used to love going to Moes when I was stationed at Campbell and even when I was here from 2017-21. Now customer service sucks and food quality is bad. I hope they can turn it around because Moes at its best beats chipotle and Qdoba. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The food was disgusting and tased old. Literally had to spit out the grilled beef dipper. It also had a chunk of burnt gross stuff on it, will show a picture. Ate a few bites of my chicken burrito and it was basically all rice, no flavor at all and waterty consistency. Little chunks of black spit out of the drink machine into my cup. Sour cream tasted funky. All around gross, sloppy and unappetizing. Will not be coming here again Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

We used to love going to Moe's, but after finding out about the terrible roach problem this place has, we stopped going. Also, some of the employees are terribly rude while others are super sweet. There's a weird balance of people that work here and you see every personality as you go down the line for your food. It's awkward to go from someone nice and then rude, to semi nice again at the time of check out when it's time to tip. They fill the containers of queso up halfway when you order a large. Bummer! Especially when you're spending $50 on two meals with chips & queso. They have great flavors! Please fix the roach issue and hire people that want to work here. The first time I dined, it was a great experience. Every time I've been back, it's gotten worse. Fix it! I want to eat/enjoy your food! Please!
