I stopped by this kebab shop recently just to grab a quick bite after work - and ended up finding my new favorite spot. Inside it’s cozy and clean, smelling of spices and grilled meat, and behind the counter works a friendly older man who clearly loves what he does. I ordered the chicken kebab. The chicken was perfectly cooked: a light crispy crust on the outside, tender and not dry on the inside. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy; you can tell they’re cut right in front of you, not taken from a container that’s been sitting out all day. The sauce doesn’t overpower the meat, but complements it nicely. I also want to highlight the atmosphere and service: the owner calmly explains what’s best to try if it’s your first time, smiles, and asks if everything is to your liking. You can feel that this isn’t a “conveyor belt” place, but somewhere where the person behind the counter genuinely cares that you leave full and happy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
