2 of us came last Thursday evening for the amazing £15 offer of any starter, any main and either rice or nan. Owner/manager looked after us and advised brilliantly - especially the idea of a little lime pickle chopped up in our main course to add extra zing. Also this place is BYO so you can either bring your own from home or there is a shop a couple of doors down. My chicken vindaloo was the very best I've had in years Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A great meal, had family over from Australia staying in Bakewell so made plans to try the "spice restaurant" for a meal, not disappointed at all! Super friendly staff, great food and brilliant value for money!! We all had the happy hour menu options, a starter, mains rice and nann for £14.99. There are not many places that offer such value for money any more. I will recommend and thank you for a lovely,friendly meal. Had 4 meals delivered to the holiday lodge in Darwin Forest. Arrived on time, super hot, and all 4 dishes were superb. Best food we have had so far.
