I’m really disappointed with the experience I had here. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. The staff came across as uninterested and had a rude, dismissive attitude when I asked simple questions. Instead of trying to help, it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Good service starts with basic courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately that was completely missing. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome.
