When I first visited Florence over 5 years ago I fell in love with Moka Area when I had it by chance at a cafeteria. Since then, everytime I would visit Florence, I'm always on the lookout for cafeterias that offer Moka Arra. I really wanted to bring the coffee home with me so I sent the Moka Arra Team a message. They invited me to their office but sadly, I was unable to go. A few years later while I was visiting Spain and asked them to ship coffee to my address, and they did it without issues! I was helped by Giulia who was absolutely lovely. I even had them ship coffee to my parents' hotel in Rome and they had it delivered the next day. I'm so glad I can enjoy Moka Arra all the way in Canada! Thank you so much for your excellent service! Food: 5 Service: 5
