Excellent. Tender chicken and pork katsu. Fried in very clean oil, light, flaky, and fluffy panko crumb coating, moist and tender meat. Generous portions. Not greasy. Great service. Very good value. They gave every customer a bonus dessert of panna cotta with biscoff crumbs that’s not on the menu, but still a legitimately well prepared dessert. 닭가슴살 카츠가 이렇게 부드러울 수 있다니! 그냥 한번 씹는 것만으로도 완전히 잘라져서 놀랐다. 카츠 자체도 엄청 깨끗한 기름으로 튀기는 듯. 양도 많고 맛있게 먹었음. 여기는 진짜 주인장의 고집이라고 해야 할까? 그런 걸 가지고 영업을 하신다는 느낌을 받았다. +다시 방문했는데 여전히 맛있었다. 등심카츠 하나 토리카츠 하나 시켰는데 그래도 토리카츠가 역시 더 나았음. 리뷰하고 덤으로 받은 크림 고로케도 괜찮았다!
