Just the visible laboratory with his majesty at the center, the stone mill, inside which only one or a blend of the over 20 single-origin varieties of cocoa beans will be actually ground, displayed individually in glass jars and whose origin is you see it displayed on a world map, it makes you understand that you are in a unique place, as well as in the Temple of Ice Cream. To those who consider it too expensive, I would invite you to reflect on what you usually ingest in other ice cream shops, i.e. chemical powders and sugars and additives which should cost no more than 0.40€ cents, instead of 2.50/€3. Those are too expensive for the rubbish they actually contain!! Here we use only excellent raw materials, researched and expertly prepared!! And above all, explained and told in detail by those who truly make ice cream with love. An experience of the senses, not a simple ice cream cone to cool off. End of speech. I went out of curiosity this summer to taste the ice cream (amazing), I asked if I could experience the "king's scepter" but unfortunately there was a waiting list and I couldn't taste it, fortunately I was there for I work and there was room so I decided to treat myself to this show. I was really enthusiastic and surprised by the competence and friendliness, I felt at home. An unforgettable and highly recommended experience. Unique ice cream shop. What is reported on the site is true. Quality products. Exceptional workmanship as the product is particularly sought after and difficult to find elsewhere.
