Love their creative approach to sushi and fish is SUPER fresh. Ordered the crunchy spicy tuna. Flavors were dynamite. Located in a cool food court with a bar in the center. Great stop for a drink and a bite when visiting The Strip. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Mola is hands down one of my favorite places in the entire Novo Asian Food Hall, everything is so delicious and so fresh always, everytime I'm here I am greeted with the friendliest faces that all have the best recommendations. I have tried just about everything on the menu now and absolutely none of it was a miss. Some of my favorites are the Berkshire pork shoulder, Eel Don, Spicy Edamame, Oshinko Roll and the Blue Crab roll. Everyone here clearly knows what they're doing and it's why I'll be back again and again! If you have any dietary restrictions do not worry because they are very good about accomodating for all kinds of diets!
