Excellent, Sapporo oldest French restaurant. Booked via hotel at 5:30am and arrived slightly early and the staff graciously got us seated. *By the way, courtesy for men to have a jacket. Seated right beside the window and the service kitchen area, the staff joked I got the chefs table. Excellent service and English from the staffs and they made you feel warm and like a family. We got the Terroir Menu. Food: The food is light on the palate and adjusted French-Japanese innovative which are delicious. The seasonal vegetables are excellent and interactive and like what the staff explained, each bite is different . The soup is a surprise for me, piping hot and delicious, soothe the spring weather. The fritto tempura-like beans is delicious too. The abalone is a hit, soft and crusted, combined with risotto mixed with liver sauce! Unfortunately I drove, so no alcoholsad. Service: Homely yet professional and genuine. Note: Parking is available beside but it’s very expensive. I paid about $2400 yen for 2 hours. Suggest you call a cab there to enjoy the wine and they will help you get a cab back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
