The location of this site is very good. You have a nice view of the central square. But the drinks and food are normal and don't have that much flavor. But to have something near the square at night it is still a good option. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

From the reviews it seems like an obligatory stop... also because after 2 days of traditional Albanian cuisine where the same things go around and around you need to vary. The amazing pasta and the very kind staff. I highly recommend you stop by because the prices are excellent. €37 with beers, water and tea.
