I had this for lunch after arriving at Awara Onsen. It was hot so the cold water was delicious. Both noodles and soup are good. It's soy sauce tonkotsu ramen, but the restaurant's name Momiji seems to refer to chicken, so does it also have chicken stock? If the chicken paitan noodles that were popular in Kyoto were served in Fukui Prefecture, it might become popular. Three pieces of chashu is also good. It is recommended.
