Momiji Ramen unfortunately disappointed us. It took a very long time before we got our food and when it finally arrived, the quality was substandard. The meat in the truffle pork ramen was bizarrely hard and had the texture of rubber. In addition, the truffle flavor was completely absent. For better ramen, we recommend walking a bit to Takumi, where the quality and taste are considerably better. The worst ramen I have ever had in the Netherlands. I ordered a chicken ramen menu with beef gyoza and a drink. Price is ok with the large portion served. But the soup is tasteless, noodles are not authentic ramen, the egg is over-cooked, definitely not soft boiled egg. I cannot even finish half the bowl. Gyoza is ok to be honest. I asked for some chilli sauce but end up the bill was charged €1 for it. At cashier, I told the waitress I am not going to pay the one euro as she did not tell me in advance chilli sauce will be charged. She then apologised and asked if I wanted to pay €1 or not. I said: no. Then she deducted it from the bill (unwillingly). I definitely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is just a waste of money.
