The dough on the outside of the dorayaki was fluffy and unlike anything I've ever eaten before. It wasn't dry and the red bean paste had a flavor that wasn't too sweet.

Momijiya has been located in Tomioka Town, Anan City, Tokushima Prefecture for nearly 100 years. This is a long-established Japanese sweets store.
