The service was stellar, great place to wait for your train. I ordered the downeast cider, excellent as always, and the tonkotsu ramen, which was good if a bit salty and the noodles were a bit clumpy. Will come here again but probably not for the ramen. Momosan Morimoto, a ramen joint in downtown Boston, offers convenience and friendly service, right next to the bustling TD Garden. While the food may not always hit the mark, the experience is still enjoyable overall. The service at Momosan Morimoto is a real highlight. The staff is attentive, welcoming, and ensures you have a pleasant dining experience. Its location next to TD Garden also makes it a perfect pre- or post-event spot to grab a bowl of ramen. When it comes to the food, the results are a bit mixed. The ramen, while satisfying, lacks the rich and complex flavors one might hope for. The broth could benefit from a more layered taste, and the noodles, though cooked well, don't quite elevate the dish to its full potential. 1. Tonkotsu Ramen - 3/5 2. Duck Fat Fries - 3/5
