I had a very disappointing experience at Mon Cheri Coffee Shop. The staff was rude and unprofessional, showing a clear lack of respect in the way they communicate with customers. On top of that, the quality does not match the prices at all. The croissants were clearly stale, which is unacceptable for a place that charges relatively high prices. You expect freshness and decent service, but unfortunately, neither was there. Overall, poor service, overpriced items, and low quality. I would not recommend this place. One of the ladies serving was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite clearly seeing that I was working — which is exactly why many people choose Moncheri — she kept interrupting me and behaving disrespectfully. This is completely unacceptable, especially when compared to Moncheri locations in Tirana, where staff are usually professional and understand basic customer etiquette.

I dont know anything about the food there. But the service overall is good. Two of the bartenders are well behaved and nice. The women that works there is a little bit clumsy with the change... I like it there Meal type: Other Price per person: ALL 1–500 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
