I am a regular customer, always raving about the delicious Napoleon cake. I went to Sivakara right before closing time (19:58) and asked for a piece of Napoleon cake to take away. I did not delay, I did not hesitate, because the working girl warned that it was about to close. When I said that I wanted a piece of Napoleon, she simply replied: "I certainly won't cut it and I won't waste time." I left the store at 20:01 I am very surprised by this behavior and I wish the board and management of Mon Ami to discuss with their employees what is normal service or just courtesy.
