Ordered pizza and over it still hasn’t come. Husband is out to get food because its to hot in the kitchen, and way to late to bbq, kids have to go to bed. We ordered at 5:50 and contacted them multiple times and got nothing but a run around and bs. Now 10 pm and nothing. I will never be ordering from here again, and if ppl even suggest it I’m gonna tell them about this experience. My first time ever ordering from there, never will I again.

It was first time ordering from here and we were extremely disappointed. The pizza tasted like it was previously frozen. The dough was extremely rubbery. The chip wings had so much soggy batter on it that it stuck to the foam package. Basically felt like we just threw our money into the garbage .

I watched Mona pizza move into their current MR location, many years ago. Since then I have been super impressed with not only their quality of food, but the incredibly warm customer service all staff has shown. It has shaped downtown and added to the hometown feel with amazing pizza to the downtown core. Always me and my family’s top choice for pizza in town.
