Unas hamburguesas espectaculares, grandes, un sabor que vale la pena. El ambiente es muy chiva, el lugar está muy bien decorado. El servicio fue muy amable, les agradezco la experiencia. Today I went to Monchadeho Cartago with great excitement but unfortunately we left completely disappointed. We waited an hour and a half for them to give us our food. I ordered a michelada and they didn't bring me a glass or a straw. When the food arrived we had to wait 10 more minutes for them to bring us cutlery even though we told them. We ordered a burger without tomato since the boy is allergic and they brought him with tomato. The same burger came with fries and they didn't bring them to us. There were 2 more tables that were just as upset. One of the tables decided to leave because they had been waiting for more than an hour and a half. The waitress had her hair completely down. In short, a disappointment of a place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
