Worst customer service, ordered $139,000 worth of food for two adults.received a call from Mgr Maria Alejandra after my order was paid , she could not send my order as ut was because l could not order two sides of meat that l was paying for, additional to my two meal dishes, and she could not refund me either, l had to either choose , kids nuggets or powder grounded meat, l did not want either of them , so she could not do anything and didn’t send my meat, l ordered and paid for, on top of that she was vey rude. Very bad experience, been a Mondongos customer since Colombia in Medellin and Bogota and in Doral since they opened their first and new restaurant, never was treated so bad, lm vey disappointed the way l was treated.
