This place is amazing! Not pretentious at all really sweet service and an amazing all you can eat where you don’t feel like they are constantly policing you the whole time you’re sitting there, do you know what I mean? Just laid back and help yourself and everything delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Recommended dishes: All You Can Eat Hot Pot

The moment you step into his restaurant, you are met with that smell of incompletely burned alcohol. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

The reviews definitely set high expectations, but those were quickly lowered after my visit on Saturday afternoon. To start, there were only two broth options. The meat selection was limited as well, and the cuts were extremely thin. The most disappointing part of my visit to Mongol House was the sides—there weren’t many vegetable choices, and the only green option available was bok choy. Maybe my expectations were set much higher after being to different hot pots. This place was not worth $30 a person. Only good thing was ice cream and the canned drinks. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As a small, family-owned restaurant serving traditional Inner Mongolian–style hot pot, our menu is intentionally simple and focused on quality ingredients. While we offer a variety of fresh greens and vegetables beyond bok choy, our broth options and thinly sliced meats are designed to reflect this authentic style. We understand this may differ from larger hot pot chains with more variety, and we know this experience may not be for everyone. We appreciate you giving us a try and sharing your thoughts.Thank you.
