Based on the guests' opinions, waiters serve good tea. Guests don't highly appreciate sweet & sour chicken and ice cream at this restaurant. From the visitors' point of view, the staff is well-trained here. A number of reviewers mention that the service is professional. Appalling prices are not suitable for this Mongolian Grill. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is dull. This place has been rated below average by Google.

Food was cold not that great. 1 adult 5 kids 11 10 9 6 3yo but they wanted to change for adults buffet for all but 2 kids. Which made 0 sense especially the fact the kids literally ate nothing two had a slice of pizza a cple of the sweet sour fried chicken, one had jello and green beans, the other ones had maybe some noodles. Then we had 2 waters 4 drinks but they tried charging for all drinks. Was like 80 and when I questioned her all she did was argue then ultimately take off $5. I should have walked out like I see others did. Also while there the lady argued with another table because one person in the group did not eat but they insisted on charging her.
