We came for the K-Drama lore, but were pleasantly surprised at just how amazingly delicious the food was. A lot of Korean cafes are only picture-worthy; Mongted has absolutely scrumptious and coffee. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Obviously popular due to Lovely runner kdrama. It's gorgeous visiting the location and it's such a nice touch they have a decorative yellow umbrella. If you are a fan of the show, it's a must. And why not stepping inside to have something to eat or drink. The interior ir cute and calmed. Drinks are good, we tried the salted bread and it was nice although I have tried better ones. The melon one was better. Such a cute space. Food: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Saw this by accident on Google Maps while looking for places to visit during our day trip in Suwon. From the photos, I recognized Seonjae’s and Sol’s houses from Lovely Runner Mong Ted, an actual cafe, was Sol’s house in the series. When we arrived, there were several tourists already taking photos, but it wasn’t crowded. I snapped a few before we proceeded to Mong Ted where we ordered drinks only. (We were still full from lunch). My mom and I both had White Sands (decaf), and it was gooood! Not bitter at all, and just lightly sweet. We decided on decaf because we both had a hard time sleeping 2 days prior, after a visit to a cafe in Seoul Too bad we didn’t order any pastry. They’re known for salt breads, but they also have melon bread. The cafe is on the 2nd floor, which gives you a good view of Seonjae’s house, which is an actual residence, so be mindful when taking pictures. When we were there, we saw the ahjussi living in the house and he seemed like he was already so used to tourists hehe. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
