We ordered Monkeys on just eat for dinner for the first time and was very disappointed. We ordered the lamb biryani that should have come with a vegetable curry. The vegetable curry never came so I couldn’t eat my meal with my partner. On calling the restaurant they said they’re bring it next time. We said no, we wanted it now with our meal! The vegetable curry turned up about 20 minutes later, however it was inedible. It was full of oil and more like a sloppy soup. Will not be using again!! Waste of £42 - Would not recommend! Side note - the restaurant have a habit of replying to negative reviews saying that they didn’t take that order! Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1

Absolutely loved my experience with Monkeys Indian Takeaway! The food was next level. I ordered garlic naan, rogan josh, pilau rice, a kebab roll, tandoori chicken, and the king prawn butterfly — every single item was fresh, full of flavor, and honestly mind-blowing. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff were very polite and helpful. I called to ask about the menu and what I should order, and they patiently explained everything and even gave me suggestions. Their recommendation completely made my night — the dinner was perfect. You can honestly order blindly from here and you won’t be disappointed. Amazing taste, great service, and a fantastic overall experience. Highly recommended!
