Located on the second floor of Legacy Tower overlooking the Wintergarden, Monroe's at One is a full restaurant in the heart of downtown. The service was attentive and their cheeseburger is the among best in the area. The tomato soup is also outstanding. With a list of daily $8 features, this is one of my new favorite lunch spots.
