Stopped on the street and bought a coffee, then walked down the strip some more and bought some food from Montage Cafe, but the owner told us to leave as we didn't buy the coffee from her. Sad, as it was a nice day to sit out the front and enjoy our snacks.

You bought a couple of take away snacks and while you were using our facilities your companion sat down on our terrace. She was then asked to provide her vaccination certificate as per government rules. She was politely asked to not consume coffee from another establishment at our terrace. We would have been happy to change your take away bags to cake plates and provide water if you decided to stay. You were never asked to leave. We have however discussed our policy with the team and will stand by the no outside food or drinks to be consumed at our premises.More
