We visit the Montana's on Upper James a couple of times a month. The food is good but the service is what stands out for us. We almost always have Christina as our server. She is awesome! Always remembers our preferred drinks and menu items and delivers them very quickly. And of course, takes the time to have a bit of a chat with us. Thank you Christina for all you do. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We went a few weeks ago. It was fantastic. The service and food top notch! The menu is amazing, didn't know what to pick. Definitely will be back. Ordered the chicken, bacon sandwich and loaded brisket potatoes skins! Both were delicious!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50 Recommended dishes: Service, Ribs with Fries and Beans, Steak Club Salad, Burger Combo for Two, Four-Cheese Spinach Dip, Steak Combo for Two, Gravy, Chicken Tacos, Fries, Salad, Fajitas, Beef Burger and Fries, Apple, BBQ Chicken Fajitas, Kapow Shrimp, Beef Ribs, Smokehouse Wrap, Beer-Battered Fish & Chips

We had such a great experience at Montana’s BBQ & Bar! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything came out fresh and perfectly prepared. A special thank you to Spencer for the amazing service. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel truly taken care of during our visit. He checked on us often and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Customer service like this makes all the difference, and Spencer definitely made our night even better.
