A proper straightforward pub with great atmosphere, well kept beer and a warm welcome. A great to catch up with old friends or make some new ones at the bar. Our men's book group fit perfectly into the snug room behind the bar. We can hear ourselves talk with a happy pub hum all around us. Nothing flashy about the place, just 100% genuine. Being off the beaten track makes it all the nore worthwhile to seek out. Price per person: £1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
