It was okay, I like that it had a waterpark, but the rest? Absolutely not! We were told we got the "best room" on the top floor, which was a lie. The floors were disgusting and filthy (Mostly the bathroom floor), no air conditioning, and went to the front desk and was told maintenance would fix the air, never happened. We had to keep our patio doors open at night for air which wasn't safe at all! The door chain lock was broken, The glass cups smelled like mold, and candy all over the floors. The walk up the stairs to get to the top floor is TIRING! And a woman was standing in front of the waterpark windows on a phone when we were walking back to our room, and she peeked over the corner and looked at us which was odd. This place is terrible! Stay away.

Air conditioning didn't work, kept going to the office and the bitch at front desk gave me an attitude and said maintenance was coming, 8 hours later, still NOTHING. PAID AN ARM AND A LEG AND CAN'T EVEN HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. they switched our room to another one and again , still no working AIR. Place is filthy, Currently sleeping ontop of the dresser. Fuck this place

My husband and I stayed the second week of Sept. 2022. I had not stayed in Montego bay for about 8 years as we live in Florida. First thing I noticed was the lobby is very clean and we thought this would be fine. Walking down the hallways to the 6th floor we noticed that the walls were filthy as were the elevators. We made it to our room and noticed marginal air conditioning. The vents were closed, the filter was located in the wrong place and the evaporator was clogged with dust. Our bathroom the tub enclosure was peeling and by the toilet was a toilet bowl plunger , as if I am going to be plumber while on vacation. The prices are high at $540.00 for 4 nights. They are charging for first class accommodations at a dirty, dated second rate hotel. The only thing they have to offer is a great view! The 1 star is for the view.
