We really don't understand the comparison with “the bars nearby”, not only because there are very few, but also because smoked meats (smoked in our pitsmokers), natural fermentation breads, as well as many other options available on our menu, are rarely are seen in classic bars. Regarding prices, besides this subject being quite difficult to debate, since we know the quality of our inputs and how much the dishes should be charged, we also cannot agree.
