Right in the center, within walking distance, there is this fantastic restaurant-boutique. The dishes are all cooked with fresh, seasonal products which give them those unique aromas and flavours. Absolutely worth trying. Wheelchair accessibility: Not easily accessible. I left the MAM at 8pm and, walking along the street of poems, arrived in Piazza Satta. It started to rain and I found Montiblu. But how beautiful! It seemed to be in the extension of the museum. On the ground floor a boutique welcomes you and takes you to the first floor where there is a display of 4-star wines. On the second floor there is the restaurant which continues to magnify the view with all the delicious details. After a chat with a "colleague" sommelier, and reading the 'canned' menu, I tasted some stuffed ravioli with porcini ragout, a fillet with cannonau reduction with porcini mushrooms and a house dessert. An experience that I truly and absolutely recommend in Nuoro. Surprising. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
