The ice cream shop is hidden next door to the Mexican restaurant. It’s confusing to find because it’s a tiny little place that tucked away. We found it and it was a real treat. It can be a slow process to get inside because they only allow 1 party inside the small space at a time. It’s a weird little set up, but the ice cream was delicious. It was nothing really fancy about the place, but when you can get ice cream and be close to the water too it’s always a treat. Awesome ice cream shop that you should definitely check out! You line up outside and wait to go in the door. They request that just one group at a time enter the store and order. Once that group is done, the next group can come in. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming! They’re open from 11 AM to 10 PM everyday of the week. They’ve got an awesome variety of ice cream, which includes regular chocolate and vanilla, a quadruple chocolate, mint chocolate chip, and a chocolate chip cookie dough that has blue vanilla ice cream in it. They’ve got a good amount of seating outside that includes round picnic tables, a rectangle picnic table, and several round tables with chairs. They’ve got a neat, lighted area off to the side of the ice cream room that’s perfect for a group to sit and enjoy their ice cream. I highly recommend Moo Cow Ice Cream! So far, out of all the ice cream shops in St. Simons, this is my favorite!
