Honestly the costumer service needs some help. I came with my friend’s daughter who was asking questions about the menu. The man taking our order just walked away from her and into the kitchen MULTIPLE TIMES. He came back out with a snide remark “are you ready to order now?” We were ready, but just had questions. Moreover, once we entered the shop we had to wait 3 minutes before we saw anyone and had to shout “hello” a few times before someone came out. It was as if we were bothering the man and we are costumers. I didnt realize that asking about the menu item was an inconvenience. Probably one of the worst costumers experiences we have seen in Oman. Price per person: OMR 2–4 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

If i could give negative stars would have done that. 1- the staff was fighting with eachother in front of the customers while serving. 2- cutlery (spoons, forks and knives) had old food stuck to it. 3- in between all this we had to wait forever for the food to arrive. 4- after a huge disappointment when we wanted to wash our hands there was no water, we had to wash hands with water bottles. 5- the food is totally not value for money. They officially ruined our family day! I would never recommend this place to anyone, it's a shame that the owners had spent some good money to start this business and have put no effort in serving value to the customers. I have ever posted such a bad review for anyone. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: OMR 10+ Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
