I feel bad writing this but felt it needed to be done. For a sandwich shop that offers on its menu an "ultimate Italian" as its most expensive sandwich, you get a little excited thinking you're in for a pretty solid lunch. Sadly, this was one of the most disappointing Italian subs I've ever seen. The bread was dry, there was no oil or Italian seasonings, no pickles, no onions, no lettuce, no tomatoes, and absolutely no care. What you get for an "ultimate Italian" are a few Italian meats and slice of provolone rolled up in a semi-flattened ball and a soggy handful of red peppers glazed on top (funny thing is I asked for "no hots," always do) Got em anyways. Anyways, this was a really poor experience and I'll never go back. Get your act together Moodys, seriously.

Insanely expensive for a tiny sandwich. Made sandwich incorrectly. Potato chips are good though

I left a 5 star review for this place a month or so ago. I've completely changed my mind. I absolutely love their sandwiches, when they actually send me the sandwich I ORDERED. Recently I ordered a BLT sandwich because I've ordered it before and LOVED it. They delivered it to me with chewy, raw, uncooked, white and pink bacon on it. It was repulsive! I actually went as far as to issue a refund through grubhub. I continued to order from them, since their sandwiches are usually so great. It was a one-time screw up, so whatever. Wrong! This morning I ordered a sausage egg and cheese with a chocolate croissant. First I opened up the croissant and immediately noticed they just sent me a plain croissant. Sorry guys, I might pay $5 for a chocolate-infused pastry because I'm one sick lady with a terrible junk food addiction, but I'll never spend that money on a plain croissant. I was ticked off and issued a refund through grubhub. Then I opened up my breakfast sandwich, hoping it would make up for my disappointment with the pastry. They sent me a ham egg and cheese. ANNOYING! Someone might read this and think I'm overreacting, but jesus christ; I'm paying a ridiculous delivery fee for my "small order," for this restaurant, on top of tipping the delivery driver. If I'm spending $25 on a sausage egg and cheese and a croissant, I expect to receive what I ordered. This restaurant clearly does not care whatsoever about what they're serving to their customers. I was spending roughly 150 a week (and my colleagues were also ordering large orders for our Friday luncheons on top of that) and this place still didn't care to give me a heads up that they can't give me what I asked for. Grateful that grubhub reimbursed me for the two items plus taxes, but I still ended up paying for a delivery fee and a driver's tip on a crappy order that I didn't make. Never, ever, ever ordering from here again. Oh, also, I've just taken a closer look at the sandwich. They put SALAMI on my sandwich. They sent me a SALAMI, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Gross. Really disappointing. I'll sure miss their truffle chips!
