Annoyed however with service.
I ordered online and the food was ready upon arrival (15-20 min) however at the counter I decided to order a bubble tea and it took almost as long as my food order because the cashier kept answering the phone instead of completing the preparation of my bubble tea. Cashier did not bother asking for help even when a person from the kitchen came out to check the orders.
Not overly happy with this experience and lack of customer courtesy so probably won't be back anytime soon. Visited December 2020.
