From the bar above the Sun and Moon Millennium Hotel, you can see the beautiful view of Phase 7 from the top floor. It is a good choice for simply viewing the scenery and enjoying the atmosphere. As for the quality of wine and service, it's just average. Price per person: $600–800 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

There is no air conditioning, it is very hot, and the price is not cheap. For the same price, it is better to go back to the room and ask for their room service. It is delicious and the portions are large. I really do not recommend going to the rooftop bar. It is very expensive.
