We went to this shisha café hoping to relax, enjoy some food and shisha, and spend a nice evening with family and friends. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. From the moment we arrived, we felt more like we were there to be told what to do than to enjoy ourselves. We were told how we should sit, how many people needed to be present in order to sit at a specific table, and even how many shishas we were expected to order. We were repeatedly told, “These are the rules here.” Honestly, what kind of café tells paying customers how they have to sit or how many people need to be at a table? We understand that businesses have rules, but there is a big difference between having reasonable policies and making customers feel like they are being disciplined. Instead of focusing so much on controlling customers, I think the café should put more attention into the quality of its service, food, and overall environment. The furniture, especially the chairs, also needs attention. Some of the chairs had visible burn marks from charcoal, which is not what you expect from a place where people are supposed to relax and enjoy themselves. Unfortunately, we never really felt welcomed or comfortable. The experience felt more focused on rules and restrictions than on providing good customer service and creating a pleasant atmosphere. this is not a place worth spending time at if you’re looking to relax and have a good time with family or friends. There are definitely several things that need to be improved, especially the customer service and the overall experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very disappointing experience at Moonlight Resto Lounge. My wife and I were seated at a table and were simply enjoying our coffee when, just a few minutes later, the waitress asked us to move to a smaller table for two. The way she approached us was not polite at all and showed a clear lack of customer service. What made things worse was how she later spoke to my wife at the new table, telling her to “keep your seat straight” in a rude manner, even though there was plenty of space around. The tone and attitude were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a hospitality setting. Staff should know how to speak to customers with respect. I would give 0 stars for customer service. This employee clearly needs proper training on how to deal with guests respectfully Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
