Dear Team MWS - Found you online, late night, on a work trip. Ordered to my hotel. Long day, low expectations. You started to work on me. Opened the lamb first. Moist, charred edges, pink in the middle, and the fat had gone sweet where it caught. Fresh leaves, vinaigrette. Squeezed lemon all over. You knew what you were doing. You’d got my attention. Next box, the wings. Glossed all over in the barbecue sauce, soft, juicy chicken, crisp skin. Gentle chilli warmth creeping up. I was thinking about you. Opened up the burger and I knew. Perfect grilled steak, melting cheese and sweet caramelised onion, garlic twang from the aioli, peppery rocket and a cool tomato slice, the chilli mayo with that warm note again. Sesame bun in my hands, greedy bite after bite. Crisp yet fluffy chips. I needed to find out about you. But it didn’t end there. You had this nailed. Ordered, just twenty minutes for the scratch cook, five minutes across town. Boxed and bagged perfectly. Still warm, moist, tangy and crunchy wherever it should have been. Late evening, but that didn’t stop you. You cared about what you put in the boxes and what you sent out of your truck. One dinner and I didn’t stand a chance. Sooooo yummy. This was possibly one of the best streaks I’ve had The service was amazing too, they call your name out a few minutes before your steak is ready to make sure you are around so you get the perfectly cooked steak as soon as it’s ready!! All the chefs were so lovely too. I will definitely be back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
