Very poor service! We checked in having only the executive suites available. But without any notice, the wifi, tv & heater are all not available! Not to mention the very limited options on the menu available because it was weekend according to the front desk. OMG. They don’t even offer any complementary services in exchange for the missing amenities. A thumbs down for me. Not recommendable.

Had a very nice time at Moraville hotel. This hotel is exceptional, they make your stay unforgettable and you almost want to stay longer because the staff are so friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and unique. And they have good variety of foods at their restaurant. I wish to visit again, all in all a very good service and experience.
