When I initially tried to place my order at the counter, the lady redirected me to a table, took our order, and brought everything over to us. So far, so good. However, when the bill arrived, we were absolutely appalled by the exorbitant prices. Over €35 for just two pastries and two hot chocolates is simply outrageous and completely unjustifiable. While the food itself was enjoyable, the quality certainly did not warrant such an inflated price. The overall experience left us feeling misled and taken advantage of. Frankly, the pricing felt borderline exploitative, and I would not consider returning. A disappointing experience and, quite frankly, a rip-off. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: €20–30

The absolute worst. I wish I would have read the reviews prior. The only mistake I have made here in Italy. They say, if the employees are BEGGING you to come in. Don’t do it! Well I did. I messed up so much. The most I have spent on a single meal. And it was also the worst. The employees were annoying the majority of people. I’m not sure if they don’t notice this. I think the majority are just being nice. They thought they were funny. Making fun of my shaved head. Maybe there’s a reason for it? I’m serious. Thank god for these fellas I’m in a different place, and I don’t know anyone. This could have been a different result. I was fuming. Then to secretly tell me “you can’t tip on cards. But cash is fine.” I just laughed. Paid, and walked away. Only to never come back. The only time I HAVEN’T tipped in Italy. I live here now. Permanently. When someone asks, “who do I avoid?” Number 1 on the list. CAFFE MORETTO. THE WORST. Lessons are needed to be had here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

too expensive and also charges extra for service supposedly 3 euros and a Fanta for 5 euros. A personal pizza without red/diavola sauce is only 13 euros and an aperol drink for 12 euros. I charge 33 euros !!! It was nothing to write home about. I have been to better and delicious restaurants with more food and better quality for less money
