We are truly sorry to hear about your recent visit to Morgan's Restaurant. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we take it seriously. It’s possible that our host/hostess was seating another guest upon your arrival, which might have caused the delay in greeting you. In this instance, your children were running back and forth, which was causing a disturbance. Our server Michael requested that your children remain seated for their safety and the comfort of other guests.. We apologize if our communication about the table time was not clear. The two-hour seating limit was explained during your reservation call. At the 2.5-hour mark, Michael, upon instructions by our restaurant manager, informed you that dinner reservations were about to arrive and we would need the table. We want to emphasize that we serve customers of all demographics and are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. We are deeply disheartened by your comment about racial discrimination, as this is not reflective of our values or practices. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
