I sometimes go to Morimoto, which is located at Maruyama Koen Station on the Tozai Subway Line. I found and purchased a Stollen-flavored mini canelé and a strawberry-flavored Boule de Neige. The mini canelés have a crunchy surface and chewy texture, and are filled with dried fruits reminiscent of stollen, making them delicious. Boule de Neige has a delicious fragrant dough with a light strawberry flavor. Both are generously sprinkled with powdered sugar, so they will be a little messy when you eat them. In a happy sense, you need to be careful. Other petit breads sold by weight are also the same, so you end up buying too much. Original products such as snow cranes are also delicious.
