R5.10 I want to eat Morita's ramen for the first time in a while! That's what I thought. This time I had the Kakuni Ramen, which is only available in winter. The ramen, which comes with two large cubes of braised pork belly, doesn't have a strong taste and is easier to enjoy than you might expect. The traditional curly noodles mixed with the light soy sauce-based soup were delicious The braised pork belly was so soft that you could cut it with chopsticks and it was delicious! It was also heartwarming to hear the conversations I had with regular customers about their health. There were two female staff serving the meals, and both of them served the customers with smiles, which made me happy I was able to eat comfortably. Thank you for the meal.
