It is NOT a community centre. Building is half empty. Businesses have tried and failed to stay here, but,all fail because of the roller door at left rear corner of the building. It is very BAD luck- please,somebody- replace that roller door before another business like Morley’s Emporium goes under! The first two photos were taken from upper floors of the building.
